The challenge that I face with Alex is understanding if he is too cold or too hot in weather conditions ranging from 20-95 degrees F. Since he cannot communicate this to me, he and I dress the same. By doing this I can ensure that he is safe and comfortable. Brooks Cascadia
Our Favorite for the Trails. Excellent all weather shoe and consistent wear through multiple generations. We run on rocks and lose dirt so the added traction is spot on. Select from a variety of colors!

Our preferred shoe for the Road. Extremely comfortable for running, walking

Adidas Pants
We choose Adidas for their Polyester/Fleece blend pants that keep you warm and dry even in 20 degree weather. We also wear these as a casual everyday when temps fall below the 60's.

Adidas Hoodie
We generally wear polyester/fleece hoodies which are versatile in the winter. On Trails you can layer underneath to adapat to temp ranges. For general outings in heated vehicles/buidings this is the only layer you need.

Adidas Beanie
The Beanie works well for outdoor running activities. For colder climates we may add the cuff beanie for additional warmth

When the weather turns cold, snowy, and overall wet we switich to the Terrex for warmth and protection.
